1. Products purchased by a client will be sent once Vartex.es has verified that the payment has been made.
2. The delivery will be made at the time that the carrier has placed the products available to the customer and this has signed the document for receipt of delivery. It is for the customer to verify the goods receipt and expose all the caveats and claims that may be justified in the paper receipt of delivery, at the time of receipt.
3. Delivery times are approximate. However, their delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation. Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the customer in your order is null and void by legal conditions.
4. Vartex.es always try to send the carriage of goods by national level. However, reserves the right to send them by whatever means it deems appropriate if this is required to comply with their commitments.
5. Do not accept returns after 15 days from the date of invoice. In the event of the return within that period, the customers expense transport refund.
6. We will not accept returns if the product is not presented in perfect condition.
7. We will not accept returns if the packaging of the product are not the originals and these are not in perfect condition. The original package must be protected so that it receives in perfect condition, being prohibited the use of seals, adhesive tapes, labels or any attachment directly on the original package.
8. All returns must be authorised by Vartex.es. To do so the client must apply through an email to rma@vartex.es an approval number of returning -RMA number- stating the reason for the return and the invoice number.
9. Once the customer has received the RMA number will reach products to the address specified by Vartex.es. The cost of such transport will be borne by the customer.
10. All products have a warranty period provided for in this manufacturer and is responsible for ensuring withstand them. Likewise, second-hand goods have 1-year warranty.
11. The warranty is void under the following circumstances:
Blows and or inadequate transportation.
Do not follow the instructions for use and management.
Faulty installation and or installation errors.
Install and or connecting peripheral elements not compatible with the product.
Voltage incorrect.
Handling by personnel other than the Technical Service Vartex.es or manufacturer, or manipulation of any band or label identification and control.
Damage caused by natural phenomena or disasters such as storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, fires, etc. ... or not to affect electricity supply.
12. The warranty does not cover the impact due to problems with software or computer viruses.
13. The classification of the damage, and whether or is not covered by the guarantee, it will be for Vartex.es
14. It will return the product, once repaired a postage paid if you are under warranty, carriage forward if you are out of warranty or whether to send it to another country other than Spain or against repayment of € 20 plus VAT -expenses verification- if still within its warranty did not present any damage.
15. In any case, the data come in as security teams are not the responsibility of Vartex.es. The security teams to be replaced may contain data, including vartex.es can not be responsible. Therefore it is the responsibility of the client backup updated before sending equipment under warranty or repair.
